Safety rails
- Dedupes by country — existing zones are skipped, never overwritten.
- Catch-all zones flagged — "Rest of world" zones can't map cleanly, surfaced separately.
- Source badge per zone — green for confidence, blue for fallback, orange for guess.
- Server-side validation — tampered forms can't inject bogus day values.
